Nauvoo

This is the Nauvoo Temple. Isn't it beautiful!!! Jeremy and I have thought about getting sealed for time and all eternity here. It was the first temple that we saw together.
This is a statue of Joseph and Hyrum Smith overlooking the Mississippi River. This is across from the temple. Every church temple has beautiful grounds. There were beautiful flowers all over.
This is the Church's visitors' center in Nauvoo. They have a really good song/dance play that they do inside. It will definitely bring tears to your eyes. Its a play of the pioneers at the time that they lived in Nauvoo.
This is in the Relief Society Garden which is behind the Visitors' Center. Its a beautiful garden with statues of women portraying different roles. Mothers, daughters, nurturers, grandmothers, etc. Its a very peaceful place to go.
